Happy New Year!

Happy New Year Everyone!!
Wow can't hardly believe its 2009! I'm glad! 2008 wasn't my best year,... although several big things did happen this year. Got to live on Alki for a good part of the year, started to have problems with my foot that caused me to stop running (its finally slowly getting better), Grandpa gave us a big scare when he ended up in the hospital for three weeks, (he's doing extremely well now) and probably the biggest thing, I quit as manager at Starbucks (am now just a barista), moved up north, and am going back to school. Yea! But whats in store for 2009?.... Oh so much potential! .... Well for my self I would like to...
-start nursing school
-take a road trip with my mom and sister
-train and complete a mini triathlon
-lose many pounds
-keep ahead in school
-get my CNA (certified nursed aid)
-appreciate the time I have now.

Man, that's a lot of things. =) I better get going!

I've lost 5 pounds and kept if off over Christmas, and I'm hoping to lose even more now that the holidays are over!
